Ron Krönen
CEO
A seasoned executive technical recruiter with over 25 years experience. Ron attended Franklin University located in Lugano, Switzerland. He studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors. He has traveled and lived throughout the world and is trilingual. He was a principal partner at Project Objectives LLC. (an IBM alliance company) staffed software development engineers for IBM’s 3090xx series. Later he joined an Oracle Business Alliance Member, Dataforce USA LLC. as the Director of Recruiting (South Eastern USA and Latin America.) After his stay with Dataforce, Ron started ERP Source, which evolved into The SourceGroup. Lynette Krönen
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Lynette is our chief financial officer /office operations manager and handles all payrolls, A/R and the P and L. She is a Master Sergeant in the Washington Air National Guard and full time Civil Service employee as a Logistics Planner at Camp Murray Washington. We are proud to have her on our world class team. With her expertise, she will assist us in any and all contracts and accounting functions.
Keith Campbell
ERP RECRUITER, CORPORATE OFFICE WASHINGTON
Keith Campbell comes to Krön-Technology Solutions with a Human Resources Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in Workforce Education and Development. He has 15 years experience in high level UNIX automated systems, local area networks, networking principles and general communications systems. Total seventeen years experience and training in electronic repair and systems analyst/programmer positions. He has served six years in the US Army as a computer software analyst, with a wide range of application knowledge. Keith has a proven ability to learn, master and teach systems, applications, and programming languages, also has an Associates degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Tech and has taught advanced electronic and Microsoft Office Suite courses in the area. He possesses a TOP SECRET SBI clearance.
Tara Krönen
SAP SOURCING SPECIALIST
Tara will be our front line internet /job posting sourcing representative. She will source the internet, make initial contacts and identify SAP technical prospective candidates and bring them into our candidate pool. Her responsibilities will be scheduling technical assessments and maintain our extensive database. She will be dedicating countless hours to this task 7 days a week to insure we uncover every talented prospective candidate, which will be a great benefit to you our client and will support our account executives/recruiters. back to top

Bernard's strengths lie in developing recruiting strategies, developing candidate pools and driving processes to help ensure companies meets their current budget. Katrina Grant
SAP PRACTICE LEAD / MICHIGAN OFFICE
Katrina Grant brings to StaffIT nearly 13 years of specialized SAP recruiting experience. She started in the SAP staffing realm working with small staffing firms in Southfield, MI. focusing on new business development and contingency staffing. From there she moved to corporate recruiting, gaining experience in large project staffing and full implementation staffing. She has since spent the last 7 years working as an Independent Recruiter, primarily being retained by corporations to assist with staff augmentation, Full Project proposals, Off-shore business development and individual placement staffing efforts. She was trained/ certified by the Best One Recruiting Methodology. She will be assigned as a SAP Practice Lead and will be running SAP client recruiting engagements.

She possesses a Bachelor’s in Social Work and is currently obtaining her Master’s in Human Resource Management through Webster University- St. Louis.
